A strange plane, often connected with the Ethereal Plane or catalogued on its own, the Plane of Dreams is — as one might suspect — the plane where slumbering minds go when they sleep. The entire plane runs on dream-logic and in some sense comprises the aggregate thoughts of every dreaming mind in the multiverse.

The Coliseum Morpheuon and the city of Dingue are both in the Plane of Dreams.
