A mountainous wall to the North of the Sorrowfell Plains, the Hoarfrost Ridge forms a natural barrier between the more civilized Sorrowfell and the savage northlands. Beyond the Hoarfrost Ridge, one finds orc and goblin tribes, as well as giants and far stranger things.

The Sylernavian Pass cuts through the Ridge, starting at Vonseloth and leading north. One can find such places as Six Kings and Graywall along this route.
