Fuilshire is a small halfling village roughly a day’s travel to the southeast of Sorgtomb.

Of course, these halflings are largely vampires ruled by a wicked shadow dragon, so this is hardly a “green and pleasant land.”

The village is now abandoned after the Shields of the Sorrowfell cleared it of foes and retrieved the skull of St. Neluthien.

Given the position, Fuilshire is most likely the Shadowfell reflection of the halfling village of Stoke Dolbyshire, located a day to the southeast of Sorgforge.
