Flotsam is a small fishing village far to the north of the Sea of Sorrows. It is so remote that the walls between planes are thin here, and the mundane sea connects to the Sea of Howling Souls in the Elemental Chaos. As such, it is not unusual for all manner of strange things (or creatures) to drift and make landfall upon the coast.

The djinn Kaseem makes his home here.
