Located on a jungle island somewhere in the Sea of Sorrows, Black Harbor is a haven of githyanki pirates. Apparently removed from the rest of githyanki society, they are willing to deal peaceably with humanoids. According to tradition, the githyanki pirates of Black Harbor know how to get anywhere in the Astral Sea.

Black Harbor is rather lawless, but is nominally run by Ruothvach. Of course, he’s away on his astral ship, the Crown of Cobalt, most of the time.
