Torugar is an exarch of the dwarf deity Moradin. He was captured by the giants and drow in the hopes that he would divulge information regarding the divine engine used to seal away Piranoth during the Dawn War. He did not, but fire giant engineers managed to get enough pieces of the device to reverse-engineer it without its help.

After the defeat of Lolestra, Torugar retrieved the pieces of the divine engine for safe-keeping.
