Tetposmeton allied more closely with the Shields of the Sorrowfell when they declared war on the Khan of Nightmares, as the Khan apparently holds a valuable prisoner: Tetposmeton’s superior officer, the pit fiend Akinshata. (He also allied with the Solstice King, as the fey lord would see the Khan’s umbral blot destroyed, a goal relevant to Tetposmeton’s plans.)
