Skruk is the hobgoblin chieftain of the Skewered Rats tribe located in Three Corners. The Shields of the Sorrowfell successfully urged him to put aside his differences with Baram Stonefist and Sala Brim in the hopes of forging an alliance to repel any giant attacks in the region. They appear to have been successful.
