Sala Brim was the much-beloved leader of the human town of Treeline, located in Three Corners. When she started acting strangely, everybody assumed stress or some other factor — nobody suspected that she hadsecretly been replaced by a doppelganger. Not even when she offended Baram Stonefist, the leader of Broken Anvil, was anyone suspicious. It was instead the Shields of the Sorrowfell who grew suspicious, having dealt with shapechangers before.

When the ruse was uncovered and the doppelganger slain, Agranic took over as the town’s leader.
