Rereti is a foreign sorcerer from the domain of Har’Akir, apparently known as an accomplished alchemist and oneiromancer. He is the primary researcher behind Khan Yemur’s current plan to destroy the Idea of Thorns, as he believes he can develop a way to access the dreams of the infected using some manner of “dream key.”

Once the Shields of the Sorrowfell stole the dream key, Rereti fled by turning into a sandstorm. That’s not normal, right?
