Maso met Peren in the wilderness north of Argent. He is quite friendly, but prior experience led Peren to conclude that Maso is something masquerading as a halfling. Delicate inquiries led Maso to reveal that he is a silver dragon.

Peren encouraged him to establish his lair in the old giants’ steading north of Argent. He also mentioned that another silver dragon, currently masquerading as the elf woman Galothel, currently resides in Duchy Jepson.
