A spirit from the Feywild, Goruthrel serves as Bezaldooz’s familiar. She (it?) currently takes the form of a spider, but can change forms at his whim.

Sadly, Goruthrel was slain in the battle against the Voracious Visitor and the Khan of Nightmares as it was pulled into the Voracious Visitor and destroyed.
