The Duchess Jepson is a young, human girl somewhere around eight years old. Her mother died in childbirth and her father died more recently from apparent natural causes, leaving her in charge of Duchy Jepson.

Being too young to effectively manage the domain, the Duchess is currently attended by a myriad of retainers and advisers, and as her parents before her, she consults with the Council of Wizards regarding major decisions.

While this effectively turns the Duchy Jepson in to a magocracy until she reaches puberty, nobody seems to mind the current rulership of the domain.
