Dicun is a somewhat… quirky… assassin on behalf of the Snuff Box. After he and Mads attempted to execute the contract on the Shields of the Sorrowfell, he was forced to lead the Shields to the Snuff Box so they could attempt to gather more information and cancel the contract.
