Brithuia is the proprietor of The Laughing Maiden in Scandshar, and given her proclivities, is apparently under the protection of the Illustrious Menagerie of Peacocks.

Or rather, she was. After the destruction of the Esteemed and Omniscient Peacock Lord, she sold the inn to Torinn and fled the city.
