Bogdan Dorgumir, also known as Chernog Bogdanović or Old Tom, was once an operative for the Illustrious Menagerie of Peacocks. When he heard they were instituting a purge of their members, he invented the persona of Old Tom to evade their notice, and started gathering information undercover on them.

In addition to lingering in the streets of Scandshar with his spy network, he also maintains residence in Sigil, in The Lady’s Ward.
