Barrister Balasar (probably more properly called “Barrister Myastan” as that is his clan, but everyone just calls him Balasar) is an agent for the Scandshar Advocacy and Solicitations Guild. He appears to work as a solicitor for House Anghelescu, possibly among other duties.

For a dragonborn, he looks exceptionally dragon-y. A long, serpentine neck, curving horns, night-black scales, the whole bit. While he probably would like to be able to go down the street without drawing stares, it’s clear that his somewhat intimidating figure has served him well in the courtroom.
