Banda hails from the pirate isle of Libertatia, just off the coast of ‘Ichi. The pirate community there is apparently committed to the end of Scandshar’s slave trade, and so they try to attack any slave ships that cross their waters.

Banda established contact with Bosabrieln of the Shields of the Sorrowfell, who indicated he would try to get Banda and the other Libertatian pirates in touch with the Zookeepers.
