Aratha is a fallen angel of the love goddess Sune from the world of Toril. Apparently having fallen for questioning her parameters, she now runs an inn, the Silver Tankard, in Sigil. The Shields of the Sorrowfell have stayed at the Silver Tankard twice, meeting Scruffy there the second time.

Notably, for the growing legend of the Shields of the Sorrowfell, Bosabrieln and Aratha have spent a night together.
